How do we choose books to review?
Working in a library as we do it’s very easy to choose books to review. We tend, however, to pick books we feel that would be enjoyable reads for teens. So you won’t be finding too many completely negative reviews here. We also try to pick things that are easily accessible at any public library.
If you have a recommendation for a Teen/YA book that you feel others might enjoy, please drop us an email. We’d love to hear from you.
What are the Genre and Author tags for?
Those tags are includes with reviews so that you can find other books by that author or books that have similar themes.
Why are Comments Screened?
Simple really, we really don’t like spam. And we know you don’t like it much either. We really do look at all the comments coming in, but it doesn’t have to be a positive or well thought out comment to get cleared. The only catch is that any comments that include swearing (even if you use asterisks or symbols switched out for letters) will be deleted immediately. Other than that, we appreciate hearing your opinion on any of the books we’ve read.

Actually, we’ve reviewed one of Tamora Pierce’s books. She’s still quite popular here, so it can be hard to get a hold of her books, but we would like to read and review some her others soon.
Also, she is a pretty nice person from what I understand. ^_^
